Since joining our firm in 2021, Rita Munoz has become the cornerstone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Rita’s ability to connect with a diverse client base enhances the accessibility and inclusivity of our services, making her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Rita’s role as Office Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that are critical to the firm’s daily functioning. She oversees all administrative tasks, from managing the front desk and coordinating appointments to maintaining organized and up-to-date client files. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that our case files are always complete and easily accessible, facilitating seamless transitions between different stages of each case.
In addition to managing the firm’s administrative needs, Rita plays a key role in client intake, where her calm and empathetic approach is particularly valuable. She is ordinarily the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial steps of their legal journey with patience and understanding. Rita carefully gathers and organizes all necessary information, ensuring that each client feels heard and supported from the very beginning.
Rita is also responsible for handling much of the firm’s billing and financial management, coordinating with clients on payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that the financial aspects of the practice are handled with accuracy and integrity. Her strong organizational skills allow her to keep track of deadlines, court dates, and other critical timelines, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Rita handles any issues that arise with efficiency and a positive attitude. She coordinates with vendors, manages office supplies, and ensures that the office environment is professional, welcoming, and conducive to productivity. Her leadership is marked by a collaborative spirit and a commitment to fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
Understanding the emotional toll that family law cases can take on clients, Rita approaches her work with high emotional intelligence.
